Designed for two people to share, enjoy Pascal Aussignac's signature dish of 'Tipsy Duck with Armagnac and Pomme Purée' at Club Gascon - available Wednesday to Friday lunchtimes and Tuesday to Saturday evenings.

Inspired by Pascal's own love for Cantonese roast meats, this dish is brought to life using top quality ducks sourced from the Vendée area of France - raised for their lean, tender flesh.

The duck is roasted whole and presented to the table, then glazed with a rich Armagnac and citrus sauce and served with luxurious Pomme purée and bitter leave salad.
