We offer a weekly three course menu from Club Gascon and a full bistro menu made up of regional specialities and a few Club Gascon favourites including duck confit, traditional cassoulet Toulousain, Marmite Royale, piperade Basquaise, bbq duck magret.
We stock a number of delicacies including three types of freshly prepared foie gras and a dry-store for terrines, pâté and rillettes. Our wine cellar stocks a host of Champagne alongside our pick of the regionals best wines and Sauternes
You can choose to collect your food from us at Le Bar or you can have it delivered by courier to your home. We offer delivery to all homes within the M25
Duck confit, 2 legs marinated with Guerande salt and slowly cooked in duck fat.
Pascal Aussignac's award winning dish of a silky foie gras flan, topped with a marmite reduction and served with toasted bread.
Our favourite dish of Tarbais beans slowly cooked in duck stock, with Toulouse pork sausage, duck manchon and crispy pancetta.
We offer a weekly, three-course 'Club Gascon' menu from Chef-patron Pascal Aussignac.
All of the food is prepared and cooked by Pascal and the team at Club Gascon, and just requires a small amount of re-heating in the oven.
