TASTE FESTIVAL AND CLUB GASCON PRESENT "TASTE ON TUESDAY"  Launch Tuesday 8th May 2018

Michelin-starred French restaurant, Club Gascon, is partnering with Taste of London , to host an exclusive dinner at Club Gascon on Tuesday 8th May 2018.

The menu has been created by Chef Pascal Aussignac, highlighting "Taste throught the age" , a selection of dishes rewarded at Taste Festivals since its creation.

Previous winning Taste dishes that will be showcased as part of the menu include the infamous Marmite Royale and sublime Crackling slow-cooked egg the nest with black truffle. The menu includes Don Julio Margarita and Bulleit Old Fashioned cocktails, with accompanying wine pairings available on the night.

Menu 5 courses with a cocktail at £100.00 pp.

CLUB GASCON AT TASTE OF LONDON ( 13th to 17th of June 2018)

Taste of London occurs twice each year. The flagship event will be popping up in the stunning Regent’s Park from 13 – 17 June 2018; with 55,000 food-loving visitors set to attend. Taste of London is the highlight of the summer foodie calendar, as London’s latest, greatest and most exciting restaurants serve up taster size signature dishes, world-class chefs cook up a storm live on stage and, as always, there will be many opportunities to get hands-on with interactive masterclasses and shop from an array of more than 200 food and drink purveyors.

Pascal Aussignac aka lechefpaski and Club Gascon team will be present once again to this major foodie event displaying 4 signatures dishes inspired from Michelin Starred recipes.

For two weeks this summer, you could be part of an unforgettable gastronomic experience that’ll see you take to the sky for a meal suspended 100ft in the air above the city.

This year take off from :Upper Ground Rd, South Bank, London SE1 9PU

From 12:30 until to 14:45 serving a 3 courses lunch menu featuring :

Gascony Pie (chicken ballotine, aromatic lobster), bisque sauce

Marinated strawberries, verbena crunch, black honey pulp
